"Parker Limited Edition 61 Federation of Malaya Fountain Pen















The Parker 61 Limited Edition fountain pen commemorates Malaysia's 50th anniversary of independence. It was also the pen chosen by the late Prime Minister Tunku Abdul Rahman to sign the independence agreement in 1957 in his fight for an independent nationhood. The original Parker 61 pen is currently on display at the Proclamation of Independence Memorial in Malacca where it was also the site Tunku declare the country's independence on the field in front of the club in 1956. Offered in a stunning Vista Blue, the shell of the pen is inlaid with trademark arrow motif of the original Parker 61, just above the hooded 18k gold nib. The original filling system has been replaced by a twist action converter. A stylish matte lust alloy cap is engraved with the serial number and it is limited to 50 pieces only to signify Malaysia's 50th year of nationhood. The pen has been produced from genuine, reconditioned and new replacement parts.
